Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is provided by Engineware.io Pty Ltd (ABN 14 604 376 927), operating the Salesbooth SaaS platform. It complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind
Salesbooth is a digital subscription service. We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or unused services.
2. Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if the service:
- fails to meet acceptable quality,
- is not fit for purpose, or
- does not match its description.
If the issue is minor, we will repair, update, or re-supply access. If the issue is major, you may be eligible for a refund or compensation as required by law.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at support@salesbooth.com.au. Valid billing errors will be corrected or refunded.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically grant a refund for past charges.
