Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited and acceptable uses of the Salesbooth platform, operated by Engineware.io Pty Ltd (ABN 14 604 376 927). This AUP forms part of the Terms of Use.
1. Lawful Use Only
You may only use Salesbooth for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Australia and any jurisdiction in which you or your end users are located.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Salesbooth to:
- Engage in, promote, or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Violate privacy, confidentiality, or data protection laws.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive messages.
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of Salesbooth or third parties.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups.
- Attempt to bypass security or access unauthorised systems or data.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data in violation of applicable laws or this AUP.
3. Platform Integrity & Security
You must not:
- Interfere with the normal functioning of the Service.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or similar attacks.
- Use automated tools in a way that degrades performance for others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of proprietary components.
4. Customer Content & Data
You are responsible for all content and data entered into Salesbooth under your account, including content created by your users. You warrant that you have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to process such data through Salesbooth.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected breach of this AUP. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred or to protect the platform and other users.

7. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
